Hi all,

I have worked as a camp counselor in multiple states and at multiple camps, and I have always filled out a camp application for employment. I am now taking the responsibility of starting a camp program and I am interested to know if other camps have had success in finding quality counselors through cover letters and resumes? Or, is having a camp- counselor-specific application the way to go? Are cover letters and resumes sufficient for ACA standards?
