49 days until precamp. My first time as a camp counselor and my first time going to a camp so it should be interesting. I am so excited but extremely nervous too.

I wasn't excited until a friend I haven't spoken to in months rang me up! We talked camp goss for a while and when I hung up I really I had been bitten by the camp bug.

I wasn't all that excited about camp, but then we had a yahoo group set up just for the staff this summer, and it's been great talking to the people on there, and I've also been chatting with some friends from last year who aren't coming back, and right now I am just as excited about visiting them on some of my breaks as I am about camp!

30 more days until NY...so much to do before then too!! Getting my wisdom teeth extracted this week, I have to get my car all tuned up for the 14 hour drive, and still random shopping to do for all my camp "necessities." $\:D$

Then again, my brother had his removed and was back in school and rollerblading the next day, and eating normally a week later.

I on the other hand decided to go to a learning university to get mine done for free... and I definately got what I paid for! Couldn't eat for six weeks because the idiot broke my jaw. Ugh... it sucked! Haha... sorry if I'm scarying you! I doubt anything that terrible will happen to anyone else ever!

My best friend (from home) worked with me at my camp for two summers after high school. The first day of pre-camp, she arrives looking like a complete chipmunk... She had had all four wisdom teeth taken out just two days prior. The poor girl's face was swollen to the size of two small melons, her speech was slurred, lispy, and altered, and she was drooling.

1 day until I leave to head up north to Maine before camp to visit some family, etc.
10 days until head staff training at camp in NH., can't wait!!
14 days until regular staff training
21 days until campers come

Well now that I know that I am officially going to camp I can say that I have 22 days 'til camp! Only 8 days 'til the first day of pre camp!!! $\:D$

Precamp starts 5 days from tomorrow!
Tomorrow through Thursday, I'll be out at camp all day for riding lessons and trail rides! Woo hoo, fun stuff!

12 days before I leave and 13 days before I have to be offically be at camp ( 6 pm) and I am assuming we dont start orintation till the following day which makes 14 days before staff week and 3 weeks before campers arive....seems so close but yet so far away

6 days!!! allthough I leave next saturday to travel down to camp.

Andy i was in the embassy for 3 hrs. Thing was i got my placement at camp after my interview date at the embassy. I got my embassy date about a month ago too!

I leave in 20 hours. Feels good to be part of upper staff cause you get to be there before all the others.

Finally down to one week!!! Starting to panic a little now, still have two plays to write. Better get cracking...

I love being senior staff to and getting their early.

Set off for Heathrow LHR tomorrow at 9.30 AM $\:D$ (BST), so thats 4.30 AM (EST).

Flight is at 4 PM, (11 AM), so have to be there 3 hours before the flight, so thats 1 PM (8 AM).

Length of flight is 7 hours 40 minutes; arrive into Newark EWR at 11.40 PM (6.40 PM).

Should be out of the airport by 1 AM (8 PM), and on our way to AYH New York for the night. Probably won't sleep for a fair old while, only to have to be up bright and early next morning !

3 nights from now... I'll be sleeping in a tent!

I leave on Saturday night from LA at 10:30PM, arrive in Boston at 6:30AM(looong flight :p ), spend an hour 15 minutes there, and fly out to Laguardia, where I arrive at 9:00AM (or there about).
I am super nervous, and haven't even begun packing (though everything is laid out).
Hope everyone else is as excited as I am $\:D$ $\:D$

I leave Cornwall tomorrow...fly out on saturday, then arrive at camp on sunday!!!!!! Scary stuff!!!!

2 days until I am at camp. Today is my last day of school, then after school I am going camping tonight with my friends family, then I come back saturday and pack pack pack then on sunday I leave my house at 6:30 to be at camp by 9:00.I cant wait

holy crap i leave in 12 hours...

I leave in 10 hours... now I must continue with the huge amount of packing that needs to be completed.

I leave on Sunday for the start of staff training. Van certification and tons more interesting things to come.

i leave for NY on tuesday afternoon (3 days), go up to camp for orientation next sunday (8 days) and camp starts the following sunday (15 days) can't waittt!

I am outta here bright n' early Wednesday morning!! Driving to Jersey first & staying @ relatives. Then driving up to camp in NY on Thursday!! Just 3 more days & I haven't even begun to pack stuff!!

I'm leaving now! Flying to Newark on the 18th, but leaving now to go to England... I can't believe it! I'm even done packing and everything....

Well now that Tuesday evening has come, I really only have to get through tomorrow because pre-camp starts on Thursday afternoon. But I always go for lunch with my girls before it starts get psyched up and share some goss.

I leave my house around 9am friday to make the drive to Pennsylvania. It's that time where you just want the waiting to be over and to be there and "settled in" well, as settled in as you can get. lol
