Central Illinois camp in search of Kitchen Manager - Head Cook for 2009 camp season. Start date early to mid-May through mid-August. Potential for full time position if interested in developing catering business as we are a venue for weddings, corporate meetings, etc. but are serviced by a caterer in return for a percentage of catered events.

Also looking for general kitchen help for the 2009 summer season.
