I recently saw an article about a kitchen fire at Trails End Camp in NE Pennsylvania. It looks like the kitchen and laundry were destroyed, but the fire wall saved the adjoining dining hall.

My take on the event is posted at 'Round the Chuckbox.

How do you deal with such catastrophic event? What plans do you have in place to quickly recover and continue feeding campers?
According to one newspaper article, the camp contacted their Sysco rep and were able to have food delivered for breakfast.

Thanks for you input,

Steven
