Small staff for all of camp (around 60), large staff on my site (7-8 plus LITs).

taking them to the nurse after meals as it is a convenient time you can remember, and the nurse is always there then to give out meds.
However, sleep-in breakfast (breakfast in the unit) and cookouts mess the whole thing up and that's not good. I had a very bad experience with forgetting ADHD meds with one of my campers. Wow, bad mistake!
Having to take meds yourself or having campers who have to take them?

not - go straigh in and get paid to work - but then again by the time we are old enough to do CA or similar we are too old to do CIT!

Children - the whole mommy and me (father and me) weekends jarred somewhat. Couldn't get used to that many adults on site judging the youth of the staff (and at the time I was one of the oldest councillors at 20 [I'll be an ancient 24 this time around]).

Dont feel bad about being 24 at camp..... at camps I worked at before we had counselors as old as 31. At camps I voluntered at there were volunteer counselors as old as 65.
