end of camp banquet - well a staff one anyway - i guess it would be nice to have a camper one if they were there all summer

have the majority of the staff leave at the same time as the campers or the majority of the staff stay to close down camp?

Have the majority stay - it's a lot of work, and we need as much help as we can get.

Secret buddies all summer, or make a secret award for someone to be presented at staff dinner/banquet?

Short, it's easier! Although, my definition of short is possibly different than yours. I always get mine cut so it is just long enough to put in a ponytail! If I can't get it out of my face, I don't see the point in having it short!

dinner before dessert or dessert before dinner?
