Just a picture of their unit/group.

Allow parents to come to units on first day to unpack/help get settled or not allowed into units at all on first day?

allow them if you have a good way to get rid of them quickly - such as the CD parents meetings that one of my camps did!

would your idea be to have your CD just floating around at checking meeting and greeting or have them have a meet and greet in designated area of camp were you can send parents when you need to get rid of them?
