We are looking for camp locations in the summer of 2010 for 6 day/5 night/14 meal sessions, with a minimum of 75 campers and up to 150 campers. The minimum yield for each session is $22,500 and the maximum is $45,000. The program will be run and managed by the client. Description of your types of meeting space would be helpful. The package needs to include the following:

? Overnight accommodations
? Meals
? Snacks
? Meeting space
? Two fields, at least one soccer field. The other can be baseball, football, lacrosse, etc., but must be an additional large open space
? Basic A/V
? Recreational activities
? Ropes course work
? Swimming availability with life guards
? Inclusive of service fees, taxes and gratuities

This program is looking to host a variable number of sessions, dependent on your availability. The client prefers a Sunday start day, concluding on Friday OR a Saturday start day, concluding on Thursday. This can be a shoulder program to your primary camp season. We?re seeking locations in the Northeast, Chicago, Colorado, Texas and Mid Atlantic (Virginia-Maryland) area. Ideally, they would like to rent in June, early July and mid-August.

The budget is $300 per camper per session. If you meet these criteria, we would love to speak with you, set up a site tour and discuss rental terms. Deb Williams can be reached toll free at 877-364-2323 or by email at deb@retreatcentral.com.

How about Northern California??

Re: Camp Indian Meadows. Can we work together?

In 1960 my Mother and Father purchased 61 acres of undeveloped land eighty miles north of San Francisco, in scenic Cobb Mountain, Lake County, California. My parents began developing the land into a Children's Camp in 1982 and our family operated Camp Indian Meadows / Inter Mountain Sports Camp from 1987 through 2000. As it stands now, there is a modern cafeteria and kitchen, swimming pool, showers and bathrooms, a recreation building, basketball courts, baseball field, an all-year creek, a pond, and thirteen sleeping structures. We have a lifetime Camp permit and are allowed to build up to 20 sleeping structures if needed.

Over the years the facility has been used as a sports camp, children's summer camp, health retreats and as a campus for Kelseyville Extension High School.

Now we are presently remodeling the Camp and plan to re-open this Summer. The facility is able to accomadate 150 people. We have had up to 180 children and staff there at one time . Also I will send you photographs via regular mail or e-mail if you would like to see the place..

Sincerly,

Charleen Wignall
