This may be crossing a few lines, but I'm in need of help. Our director is looking to see if we can get a pay increase next summer. In order to do so, she has to justify it at the GS council. My assignment is to scour GS camp web pages to see if salaries of other camps are listed; and it's much harder than it looks.
With good reason, camps don't like to post their salaries out for public viewing. I can't blame them!
However, it makes my job much, much harder. I've found three so far, and only one of those is detailed.
So, I am asking if you do or ever have worked for a GS camp, to not tell me how much you got paid, but give me salary (weekly is nice) ranges for unit leader, program staff, nurse, and other positions at camp.
You don't even need to tell me that camp's name, just the GS council or the state.
DO NOT reply with that info here. questions or helpful advice is nice, but PLEASE direct message me with anything about pay rates, so that it remains private.
I am not publishing this information, gaining any profit from it, selling it, or anything like that. It can be entirely anonymous. I just need to have ideas about what other Girl Scout camps are paying to see if we should be asking for a pay raise or not.

I work for a Girl Guide camp run by provincial council...would pay info from Canada help you? I know staff at my camp get paid quite a bit better than most non-GG camps in Ontario.

Stormy- I work at a girl scout camp and will get that information to you. It may take me a few weeks, but I will get it to you.
