Help Needed! All Camp Oregon Trail Scenarios!

The first week of camp we played All Camp Oregon Trail and it was a huge success! We're going to play it again this week but we have 4 campers who were here the first week as well so I want to come up with new scenarios. I spent days coming up with the first three so obviously I'm struggling to come up with more. I'm going to recycle one scenario so I just need two more and thought you guys could help. $\:\)$

Here are the three we used the first time:

SCENARIO #3:

The oldest member of your group has come down with a bad cold. What do you want to do?

Option 1: Continue as usual
Result: Oh no! Their cold got worse and now they’ve developed a fever! You must sit out and allow another group to pass you before you can continue.

Option 2: Increase their rations, make them drink lots of water, and rest here for a day.
Result: Success! The cold passed quickly and you can now continue.

Option 3: Bundle them up with blankets to keep them warm and give them whatever medicine you have available!
Results: Unfortunately, you accidentally gave them the wrong kind of medicine. Now they are all disoriented!

(The player must walk backwards to their next challenge and do any Bad News Bears Challenges backwards. Once they reach their next challenge, they are cured.)

SCENARIO #2:

You are going along the Trail when the youngest member of your group gets bit by a rattlesnake in the left arm! What do you do?

Option #1: Try to remove as much as the poison as possible and keep the player active and awake.
Results: Congrats! You made the right decision. You may now move on to your next challenge.

Option #2: Chop off the affected area, immediately!
Results: You just removed the players left arm. While you stopped the spread of poison, the player has now lost their left arm for the remainder of the game. Hope you don’t need them to hunt for food! (*Mark on their sheet the name of the camper who is missing the arm.)

Option #3: Lie the player down and rest. Increase their food rations and have them drink lots of water.
Results: While this may be a good idea if the player has a cold, it’s not a good idea if they were bit by a rattlesnake. The player loses the use of their left arm until the reach the next challenge. If caught by a Bear they must do the Bear Challenge with only one arm.

SCENARIO #1:

You’ve come to a large mountain that you must go down in order to continue on the trail. How do you want to cross the trail?

Option #1: Pay someone to help out train up the mountain.
Challenge: Pick up 10 pieces of left-over gold or ore pieces from the Gold Rush game and bring them back.

Option #2: Work as a team to get everything down the mountain.
Challenge: Team Hoola Hoop Lowering.

Option #3: Use Ropes To Lower The Wagon Train
Challenge: The rope got tangled during your journey down the trail. You now must play “The Knot” and untangle yourselves in order to continue.

I'm going to keep the mountain challenge so I just need one "illness" and one "event" challenge. Btw, river crossings are already a part of the game so we're good there!

What about:

You come across a group handcart travellers who are nearly out of food and still a week away from being able to get supplies - you have plenty of supplies

and then your options could be todo with backwoods/camp fire cooking!
