ACA Home Forums Looking to find my first full time camp job

I am looking to break into the camping world, I would like to find a job as an assistant camp director or program director. I have nine years of camp experience at residential camps, working with at risk youths. I have worked as a counselor (6 years), two years on the leadership team, and one year on the program staff. I am looking for any tips or advice people have on here.

any suggestions on developing resume for camps?what can i expect during an interview?

Just do whatever you did to get your previous camp jobs and you'll be fine.
