my cousin comes today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In 10 hours or so I will be meeting up with her and we are going to enjoy some Red Robin!

20 until I'm done with school!!
3 until this big part of student teaching, called the TPA, will be turned in for better or worse (it involves video taping my teaching and thoroughly analyzing every bit of my planning, instructing, assessing of a 3-5 lesson unit)

Thanks! I'll still be creeping around here until precamp starts. It's on a Friday this year, which is different. When I started working, we used to have a CPR/First Aid training day at the Girl Scout council office on the Friday before precamp, then the next day we all moved in to camp. I think that only happened for two years before they switched to Saturday (with CPR/FA training later in the week and on camp). This year we're moving to camp on a Friday so we can get out the next Friday and have a longer break between precamp and first session.

I did spend 2 weeks in Australia with 3 different camp lifeguards a few years ago! That was loads of fun. I'll have to visit our British staff some day, and the 2 from Germany too!

I need to get myself in gear and start packing.
Keep your fingers crossed for me - I am having a super bad asthma flare right now and I need to kick it. This is the second night in a row that I'm up at 3 AM for the nebs.

20 and 17!!!! woohoo! 3 weeks today! In fact, right about this time I'll be at the landing waiting for the boat to start runs to take us and all our stuff over to camp! YAY!!! I bought some stuff yesterday so I'll be ready to go

4 to go!! So close and yet so far!! I have to work tomorrow and then I'm finishing everything up and heading up to camp on Friday for Saturday trainings!! I'm so ready to go!!
