So, I'm about to graduate college and I've been thinking about pursuing a career in the camp industry. Over the past couple of years working at camp as a counselor and Group Leader has been an incredible experience and my passion for this type of work grows more each day. It's hard to imagine a job that's more rewarding than what we do here!

I'd like to hear from any camp professionals out there about the details of working full time in camping. Please feel free to share your stories, obstacles, what you like/dislike about the business.

What are the benefits of joining ACA? Are the online certification classes helpful when applying for leadership positions? How did you start your career in camping? What do you look for when hiring staff? Any advice for those looking into making camp a full time job?
