I'm the director of a day camp and need some ideas for a manual for staff training.

I have one from this past summer but it's pretty lengthy and I'm wanting to get it more simplified but still gets the point across. If anyone out there is willing to help me that would be wonderful!

Thanks!

Look into this approach- The Nurtured Heart Approach. It will help your counselors in working with their campers

Don't know if it will help but I wrote a Summer Camp Counselor Handbook which I feel is short and sweet but to the point. It covers everything from discipline to games to getting kids to bed.
