Oakland Feather River Camp in Quincy, Calif., has an immediate need for a head cook. Under direction of the food service manager, the head cook is responsible for kitchen operations, including supervision, food production and food safety. The head cook ensures that all food is served on time and that food safety procedures are followed. The head cook assists the food service manager with menu planning, vendor contact, purchasing and staff scheduling. The season runs from May 7 to August 9, 2015. All positions work six days per week, with one day off.
