Our non-profit organization is looking to purchase a camp retreat center in a serene tranquil setting and the beauty of Nature. We will be creating a magnificent sanctuary. A preserve that will last for generations where people will feel the light of Heaven on Earth.

Our vision: sufficient natural acreage, surrounding forest, natural water source (creek, river, spring), well or spring water, hiking paths, partly cleared land for growing organic vegetables and herbs, meeting hall, lodging accommodations, chapel, and commercial kitchen. Ideally moderate climate so readily accessible all year round.

Fund raising efforts are taking off. Owner financing option with large down payment would be ideal.

Want to preserve the beauty of Mother Nature and create a sanctuary that will endure for generations.

We just posted our Christian Camp for sale in WV. It's 100 acres with pond, in ground pool, lodges, cabins, pavilion, and residence. But owner financing is not available. If you're interested you can call 304-363-4821

I tried calling the number on the posted on the link you provided. However, it didn't allow me to leave a message.

As we are a non-profit organization, we would require owner financing for that purchase price. Also another viable option you might want to consider, a savvy realtor suggested that profitable investment firms can take a potential charitable tax deduction for the assessed value of the property - the cash contribution. Just another option for you to consider based upon your financial situation.

We have been earnestly looking for a campsite with multi-purposed facilities like campground, school, chapel, etc. Our preferable lot size is at least over 100 acres; bigger will be better for the next step in our plan. After reviewing the offered prices with flyers which contain the info as much as possible, we can move onto the next step for ultimately making a contract. What is most important now is your immediate offer and after-talk.

It is available. The Lodge can accommodate 90 individuals. With the remaining units all total the property can accommodate 114. The asking price is $3,445,000. My apologies for just reading your post. Honestly I just figured out how to read them, been viewing post of other camp sites...lol
