I am looking to rent or purchase a summer camp in the Poconos. Ideally should have a lake that can accommodate a motor boat.

Cabins for at least 150 campers.
Staff housing.
Swimming pool.
Gym.
Dining and full kitchen facilities.
Minimum of 75 acres.
