We are looking to lease or purchase a summer camp in New England that could be used for either Day or Residential Camp Programming. (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Rhode Island locations preferred.)

We need:
Cabin space for 50-100 campers
Staff Housing (If residential location)
Swimming Pool or Lake
Sports Facilities
Social Hall
Dining and Kitchen facilities.
Other specialties on site are great as well.

We are an established company that runs multiple camps in Massachusetts with hopes to expand. Timeline is for summer 2023 or summer 2024. Budget is significant depending on the type of property that we can find.
