Seeking a camp rental for the month of July 2023, with potential full purchase in a year or two. Seeking indoor accommodations for at least 90 youth and 15 adults. Must be within driving distance of Baltimore, MD, preferably within 4 or 5 hours.
Ideal features include:
- wooded/forest/mountain atmosphere
- cabin-style accommodations
- full kitchen
- waterfront activities such as swimming, kayaking, fishing, SUP, etc.
- availability of adventure activities such as hiking, mountain biking, backpacking, high and low ropes courses, zip line, etc.
