What do you need the bylaws for? Are they for the formation of the Non-profit organization needed for your camp, or do you actually plan to incorporate the policies and procedures of the camp into your bylaws? We have a seperate set of bylaws for the formation of our non-profit corporation and our camp is a business of that corporation. We are incorporating in the state of California.
