ACA Home Forums Camp? ideas

I am a camp child, I grew up in camps and now I am interested in opening my own camp. I have a vague idea of how I want the camp to function, but I am not sure where to go from here. I know I need investors, a piece of property etc, but I am just not sure the best way to start from here. I am totally lost! Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated!
