ACA Home Forums Transporting campers over state lines

Anyone know what the ACA/State/Ferderal rules are concerning transporting campers over state lines?

Don't know the answer to that, but lots of Illinois & Minnesota kids go to Wisconsin camps, and I know lots of camps that get kids from all across the USA

I work for a camp in Maine and we take Adventure Bound Trips to NH and MA. I do not believe there is a specific policy regarding crossing state lines. I know with ACA you have to meet the standards and as long as your policy meets state rules and regulations you should be okay.

I would like to hear more on this as well if anybody knows of any other information or if we are incorrectly transporting campers.
