Im just starting out \:\) oh boy!!! More importantly Im looking into a camp thats in Kentucy!!! It a 50 acre camp with everything on it!!! cabins ya-da ya-da!!! I want to know if this would be a good investment buying old camps or should I try building a new one. Also how can I find investors???

You may not want to share specific info, but I live in KY and am curious what area you're looking at. I think you'd want to look closely at the facilities to determine whether its worth revamping possibly outdated electric/plumbing/buildings or whether you'd want to start from scratch. You'll want to look at size of cabins relative to staff/camper ratio, dining facilities, emergency shelter facility, whether there is a water feature (lake/river), etc... I'm no expert, but do serve on the board of a camp...

Its in Ashland KY.!!! It has creeks and caves with alot of building on the property!!! Sounds like it has a good kitchen and all the building on the property were built before 1978!!! any advice seeing how your on the camp board!!!! \:D
