I think that girls are more into camp than guys are...

Or maybe it's just the being with kids part.

There we 2 guys on here regularly but they seem to have dropped off the face of the earth - I think perhaps they didn't like that we didnt accept their opions!

could be both!

And we dont take offence when people want to know why we did something obsessive like post 40 times in a row or when people dont agree with us!

I think it also has to do with the fact that guys probably just aren't into the whole message board thing, maybe? Plus, if you only start out with a few guys, a large group of girsl can scare them away, but if there is a bigger percentage of guys, it isn't so hard to scare them off because it is more obvious thay are here!

good point!
guys would rather go do 'manly' things than talk about how much they love camp, right?

Oh, and plus, guys are mostly like my dad. He likes to go to a store when he needs to buy something and get in get it and get out. None of this shoppping business for him!! So with our off topicness we could have not appealed to that side of them!

Yeah - the rambling did seem to annoy some people didn't it - people who just didn't seem to realise that it is part of building relationships and being women!

we have to talk to decide if we are alike one another, then we decide if we're gonna be friends.

that's essentially what we have done...with the exception of PMs back and forth.
Smudge and I are working on a 500+ post thread in out PMs, ongoing for nearly 4 months!

hahahaha!! I once was baby-sitting and we decided to have a snack of S'mores so we got mini-marshmallows and went into one of their rooms and turned off the lights, except for the bedside lamp we put on the floor to use as a fire to "roast" the mallows! Surprisingly enough ;\) they didn't actually heat the marshmallows! But they were good anyway! I am not sure if we had anything besides the mallows, but we didn't really care!

trying to roast marshmallows with a lighter isnt a good idea. it gets really hot then you end up burning your fingers. ouch.
