ACA Home Forums Count down to camp 2008

I have had that - got home from uni and then have like 3 days to unpack, do all my laundry catch up with friends and then repack - it is crazy!

yeah, wasn't looking forward to that, but then I found out that I had an extra week! It would have been ridiculous!

Why did your camp move to later Campkgurl? Mine moved earlier. The office staff goes on May 27 this year. We get out on August 3rd now...They moved it to fit the school schedules because our school are starting earlier these days so kids were missing or leaving camp

I am not exactly sure why they moved it back, but I think the main reason is staff and schooling. and possibly campers and school. Like with me, the whole thing of getting out on the 12th and then camp starting on the 15th would be craxy. Most of the schools in the state have similar schedules, and a lot of our staff come from local-ish schools.

Oh our schools all get out the last week of may or a bit before...and then start around the 11-15 of august

When i was at uni I finished the first week in June (offically) and unofficaily the end of may! and didnt go back until the beginning of Oct! But alot of UK uni's finsish later and start earlier - but had longer holiday throught out the year! n I prefered my uni's way!

Down to 3 months and 3 days, or 95 days, down to double digits instead of triple digits now, YIPPEE!!!!

97, almost 96 days!!!! Or 3 months and 6 or 5 days!!!!!! woot woot!

87 days - yey!!!!!!!!!!!

123 days...

91 days until camp officaially starts but only 45 days till I fly out!!

86 days til camp yay!

I've got 90 days!

And that's just to actual start of camp. Being a day camp, I'll have some evening/weekend trainings before then!

80 days until General Staff Training
89 days until the 1st session starts

95 days til camp!!!

i love how i've had my camp count down forever in my agenda, and i have just recently put in a count down for my major birthday! Shows what is more important to me!

It took me ages to work out my count down in days - cos my departure date kept moving! But it is writen in my diary now:

84 days!

My count-down was really easy in days, go Myspace countdowns! But in months and weeks I have to wait for important days, such as the 21st of each month, since I start on June 21st!

93 days!!! or 3 months and 2 days!

i dont know how many days.
2months 1 week i think

41 days till I fly!! (I think?) lol

92 days for me! You are so lucky to be leaving in 41 days!
