hey campluver!! you have less than 2 months!!! yay!!! That date wasn't that long ago for me! But it is a good one to get done with! This month has pretty much flown, though I bet this last one will fly too! got to get there though! Tomorrow!!

Lucky you! But this time in 3 weeks I will be on the plane waiting to depart heathrow airport!
(I can see me posting on here from the airport cos am taking my lappy with me this summer - i am sure there will be post like - just leaving for the airport, at glasgow airport or just going to board the plane in heathrow!)

1 month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as of 3 minutes ago! so really, I leave for camp in 43 minutes less than a month! woohoo!!!
(Can you get online without paying for it at heathrow? At the airport near school we have to pay for it in chunks of time- 15 minutes, an hour, etc. I haven't tried it at my home airport though.)

I think the airports have wifi! At least glasgow does - it even has places were you can plug in your laptop - oh i need to add an adaptor to my shopping my list!

yeah, we have wifi, but when you go to log on you have to pay for it, probably with a credit card or something.
I can't believe it but today is the one month date!! woohoo!

That seems weird that you could be leaving in a few days and you still don't know if you got the job! wow! I suppose Lostfiniel (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly!) is in much the same spot you are! I knew like 3 months ahead of time (officially). Then again, I applied in January, within hours of the online app becoming available!

that's good then. Can't you get the physical done before you get hired? Don't they jsut need to be within the year or something like that? I highly doubt camp would object if you got it done before you found out. Or at least made the appointment.
My camp is in the same state as me too- only 30-45 minutes away!

I will send the director about e-mailing the form and I can make the appoinment in the morning.
I am about 2 hours or so away from camp and they want an interview in person but I want to do a phone interview because of gas prices

I had to have my placement confirmed inorder to get the returners discount so emailed my CD in Dec, heard through a friend that i was hired before new year and 3 or 4 days into January it was official!
