Course I am super excited Ermie!

I leave the day after tomorrow!!!!!!!!! So that is like 1 full day or 40 hours!

How did that happen? I'm at one week today, and you've been a day ahead of me for the countdown.

11 days 20 hours 2 minutes!!! or 10 days 20 hours and 2 minutes, depending!!

about 30 hours!

And today i booked my hostels in San Fransico and Seattle and also the bus tour that will take me LA and Vagas (as well as other places!)

That sounds like fun, Smudge! Hopefully you'll enjoy some nice heat while you're here in Vegas.

I had my first full camp staff training Saturday. It was great! Now I'm chomping at the bit for camp to actually start, or at least our next training day to get here Saturday.

oh my goodness!!! I just found out that I am going to go to camp a day early so i have 10 days and approximately 15 hours, since i don't know when we need to be there on that day!!!!!!! woohoo!!!! Thanks for telling me Marinara!!!

absolutely! I bet Smudge will be on here the minutes before she leaves saying good bye to everyone!! So at 9:30 pm Pacific time I will come on here and she will be posting!


My countdown right now is kind of feeling like when I knew I was going to be hired, but hadn't officially goteen the call. I heard from someone who heard from our CD that the prep day is going to be the 20th, but I haven't gotten an email from my CD making it official, so they could have changed their minds or my friend could have gotten it wrong. But it is like 99% certain that I am going to get to go to camp a day early, but there is still that 1% since it isn't official!! Plus, I don't know what time I need to be there so my hours part of my countdown is shot for now!

I am weird, I know! So, unofficially the countdown is 9 days and approximately 21 hours (I figure the prep day will start in the morning, so it is probably a few hours less than 21 but somewhere around there!) Like I said, I am weird! 9 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I now have 6 hours to go and I still havent finished packing!

My countdown is all messed up, but I have like 8 or 9 days left!! I will be there in less than a week and a half!!! woot!
and I am done with school now!!! I took my last final this morning!! I only have 2 more nights in my dorm room, and 1 night in a hotel before heading to the other side of the state!!! It doesn't feel like summer yet!! Holy cow, I am done! No more homework or studying until Spetember 24th!!!!!!!!! It will take me a while to believe it!

Aw, no fair. I have a final tomorrow. And it probably doesn't feel like summer yet because it's so bloody cold, or at least I assume your temperature is near ours. We might hit 70 this weekend...so toasty.

yeah, our weather is definitely notsummer weather! actually, it is summerweather for me right now, but not for this area!
We are going to be in the 70s this weekend too!! Normally it is like 90 over here at this time!

The weathers been hot here in CT as well, reaching up to the 90s recently!
Well, my first international staff member arrived yesterday so I gues that camp has really begun although officially I have 3 and a half days until pre-camp starts!

My heart goes out to Smudge whose plane got delayed at Heathrow for about 5 hours!!! I'm sure she'll be on soon with all the details!!

It's been a bit cold for the area (Southern California) for June. I'd love it to stay this way for the remainder, if possible. It's just perfect!

Oh my goodness! Poor Smudge!! Her trip was long enough before the delay! I hate having an hour delay with a trip that is only like 4 hours long, so I can't even imagine what it is like to have such a long delay!

1 week and 1 day until I will be at camp!!!!!

My last full day at school too!! Today is dedicated to packing my stuff for home! I am being a smart kid and packing a bag of stuff that is going directly to camp!

1 more week, yippee!!!

Ww, talk about a quick countdown, Lostfiniel!!! I started mine at 122 days!!!! I hadn't even had an interview at that point!!! hehe
