I am advising/consulting with the owners of 3 different ranch resort/ camps based in North Texas (Dallas, Fort Worth Metroplex area) all in rural areas but within one hour or less from 2 major airports. Two of the properties are profitable going business concerns but are being sold as Asset Sales. These are cash sales! Principal to principal only. The price ranges begin at $3.2 MM and go up to $5 MM. Two of the camps are profitable and the other ($5 MM) is no longer in operation.
