Are these properties (920a and 920b) no-reserve? The camps are being sold subject to seller confirmation, and the confirmation for each camp is very low at $599,000 each.

I notice financing has to be arranged before-hand, which can be quite difficult to obtain. Do you know any willing lenders? It's hard for not-for-profits like mine to get loans.
