since our kids are in camp for 7 weeks, each age group does their own play. all of the girls have to be involved w/their age group's play somehow, whether it be acting or being on the crew or making costumes or turning the pages for the piano player. the boys have the choice of whether or not to be involved since drama is less popular among them. here are the plays we did this summer:
3rd/4th graders: the little mermaid
5th graders: alice in wonderland
6th graders: peter pan
7th graders: a broadway musical review
8th graders: bye bye birdie
9th/10th graders: west side story
all of the plays were really cute, as usual. the 8th graders, doing bye bye birdie, were the funniest! and west side story was great!
