I was a CIT last year, at a day camp, so the program might be a little bit different then at a residential camp.
The "course" part of the program had seminars that involved leadership, behavior management, safety and trust.
I think the course part, where we had seminars, but also had a chance to talk about the cabins we were with and issues we were having was great.
