ACA Home Forums creating a staff manual

Hello all,
I am going to be directing a summer camp for the first time next year that I have attended/staffed for fifteen summers. It is a day camp and over the past 9 years has had 7 different directors which has resulted in a lack of professionalism in all aspects of what we do. One of my first goals is to create a staff manual for Counselors and CITs which will demonstrate this years emphasis on structure and organization while adequately training my staff to effectively work with children. If anyone would be willing to send me staff manuals they use or have used in the past, so I can see how other camps operate, I would be very grateful.
