Update on asking price and opportunity for existing day camp, family and adult programs, or create overnight programs:
I am 1 year from retiring and seek to sell the 35 acres and all mentioned in first post. Our sled dog numbers are now 25. Our property could be a site for overnight or residential camps but the existing summer day camp, after-school, and 2 to 4 hour family or adult program use are best use and most easily transferable. The existing 501c3 could continue with new owner of property as the executive director(s) or you can start your own organization without any current board of director input. I own the property and all assets. Asking price has been decreased to $575,000 with possible contract for deed with 20% down.
