We're exploring opportunities to lease or purchase a property in the Northeaster and MidAtlantic regions for use as a camp and retreat center. We're interested in facilities that may already be operating as camps, retreat centers, conference centers, outdoor education sites, or similar properties, as well as properties with the potential to be adapted for those purposes.
Ideal properties would include a combination of lodging, meeting/gathering space, dining facilities, and outdoor recreation areas, though we are open to a variety of configurations. We are looking for a facility that has the potential for 50-500 people.
