We are looking to lease, rent, or purchase a residential camp property within approximately 3–4 hours of NYC, in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic region.
We are seeking a property that can accommodate approximately 80–250+ participants, with electricity, water, and a full kitchen. Ideal amenities include a pool or lake, ropes courses, hiking trails, and other outdoor recreation areas.
We are open to existing summer camps, retreat centers, conference centers, outdoor education facilities, or properties that could be adapted for these uses.
