HELLO! I am interested in purchasing a camp-like property to repurpose as an 'executive retreat center'. Ideally, the property would have about 8 individual cabins plus a central community building. The property MUST be located in Oregon, in a rural setting, and no more than about 90 minutes from the Portland (Oregon) International Airport. $2M is the target price but that remains to be seen, of course.
