I am a director for a camp for kids from the Foster Care system. Over the past 13 years we have been using the same facilities but it is time for us to move...
Our camps are held in the summer and are 1 week long and I am looking to run 2 separate weeks next summer.
We need to be less than a 2-hour drive from Raleigh, NC.
We have a non-profit and would love to purchase our own camp facility or buy land to build from the ground up.
I know that's a lot of information but if you have a facility or land in the southern PIedmont area, shout me an email and I would love to connect.

Thanks,

We are a bit further than two hours, but still in state and have the advantage of nice cool temps. See below
On the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, one mile from Cataloochee Ski Area, 45 minutes from the Asheville airport and in the heart of sought after vacation property, our 15 acre camp has the advantage of never getting above 80 degrees! Though we are currently only leasing this property , we do have a neighboring 15 acres that can be sold, should you want to expand. Currently we are leased for the winter months, but you could take advantage by only leasing for the summer months. We have a 30 bed facility (with new HVAC system), bunkhouses for 24, and "forts" at our high camp sleep another 24. Our challenge course is scattered throughout the property. Many local rivers, trails and rocks. A small commercial kitchen, certified challenge course, and our willingness to share our experience are all added value! We love taking kids out hiking, climbing and paddling. But time has its seasons and we are aging. We would very much like to talk to you about for camp, retreats, or school, about use of our gorgeous facilities. Please call us if you are interested in seeing the property or coming to visit.
