I am advising/consulting with the owners of 3 different ranch resort/ camps based in North Texas (Dallas, Fort Worth Metroplex area) all in rural areas but within one hour or less from 2 major airports. Two of the properties are profitable going business concerns but are being sold as Asset Sales. These are cash sales! Principal to principal only.
