Asking $25,000/yr. rent plus insurance (approx. $25,000), real estate taxes (approx. $25,000) and annual maintenance ($25,000) – Total fixed outlay - $100,000/year.

Dan, I spoke with you about a year or so ago about a camp purchase. Still looking for a property. Is this one still available? Is it lease only or with option to buy? Can you send more info - pictures, etc...
