I'm guessing water is from well and septic is from leech field? Or are they hooked up to utilities?

There is a high output well and a large, steel water tank. Leach fields are used for septic. The underground electric utilizes oversized conduit and wiring. Propane is used.

Do you have information on the 7 existing buildings? Based on your location description, I'm guessing this is somewhere in the San Gabriel Mountains?
