I’m looking to buy an established camp with cabins and a lodge with facilities that can be used as classrooms. This will be an aviation camp so land available to build a dirt strip is a must as well as good weather for most of the summer. Most likely to hold 50 campers and 15-20 staffers. It’s a plus if it’s already set up to handle AV equipment to run a classroom and a pool or lake doesn’t hurt.
