Good afternoon all, I am assisting some friends in the sale of their property in Saluda, NC. They had originally planned the property for use as a retreat center/camp but plans never fully materialized. They have put in a lot of infrastructure however, and the setting of the property would lend itself well to a camp. It features stream frontage, mountain views and is very serene and peaceful. There is a main house, guest house and 3 story bunkhouse already constructed and sites are planned for additional cabins.
