we are looking to rent a camp base for offline hybrid school's sessions
3 weeks 4 times yearly (september, november-december, march, may)
requiremets are:
mandatory
"50-60 pp capacity total (12 triple rooms,
18-20 single or double)"
Private bathroom (shower or bathtub) in every room
Buildings or chalets, not a cabin
Twin beds
Weekly room and hallways cleaning
Electricity, heater
3 hot healthy meals a day buffet style
3-4 classrooms with 10 person capacity, 1-2 for 40-60 people
Good internet connection
Private territory, far from other people
Cell coverage
Medical facility 30 min reach max
up to 3 hours drive from major airports
Good wireless internet connection
Professional kitchen
Playground, field, safe environment

Bunk beds one or two per room
Simple and small bathroom, can be shared between 2 single rooms.
King in some single-double rooms
Only bathroom and common places cleaning
Aircon, fan
2 snacks a day
classroom 24x7 accessible
Gate or fence, other groups on site is ok
