We are looking to purchase a camp immediately. The property needs to have multiple buildings to house guest, campers, and staff. We would like a nice country setting with attractive surroundings. A large enough property to demonstrate farming principles and techniques of working cultivating and growing fruit trees.
The Ideal Setting but not rigidly adhered to would include:
Cabin space to occupy 50to 100 campers or more
Staff Housing
Lake or pond, river, or water
Kitchen facilities
Good drinking water, and clean air
Budget is dependent on property type
