Seeking a camp property for Lease, Rent or Purchase in summer of 2024 or 2025. Looking for a location less than 3hr - 4hr drive from NYC. Property must be able to accommodate at least 150 - 250 participants. Electricity, water, and full kitchen needed. Preferred amenities/activities include climbing, ropes course, lake or pool.
