Picturesque, fully equipped, open and operational, licensed lakeside summer camp property available for lease in the summer ( May, June, July, & August) 2016. All or part of these dates are currently available.
This a rare opportunity for a fully open and operational certified residential (overnight) summer camp, retreat center in the Berkshire Hills of CT on large lake to call your own summer camp home.
Camp is available beginning in 2016 and forward.
This camp is only 2 hours from NYC, 3 hours from Boston and 4 hours from Philadelphia.
Sleeps - 200 to 300 campers. (flexible)
Facilities include cabin and dormitory and motel-style living;
Fully equipped commercial kitchen (with large prep areas walk-in refrigerator and freezer) and dining room.
