Our 501(c)(3) organization is seeking to purchase or lease a facility which can be used for a small boarding and day school of about 30 students and 6-10 live-in staff. Facilities must include classroom, staff housing, and 2 to 4 person per room dormitory space. Note we are not looking for cabin type space many students per room. Site needs to have sufficient water and septic/sewer to support a year round school. We are willing to consider locations throughout the US.
