Your property is very nice! Unfortunately there's a large competitor in the same area and it has one of the lowest tuitions in the nation. Based on the price of the property and the lower tuition price that would be needed, we found we had no way to compete when that school was so close by. If you want to give me a price I can't refuse, I'm all ears (eyes?).
