I just wanted to know if your camps have banned any camp songs or not and which ones they have banned. I'm just curious and thought this would be a fun topic.
The only songs I know they have banned at my camp is this one song, I'm not sure what it's called but it talks about beating up the devil. The other one I remember is brown squirel (since shove a peanut up your nose is kinda too violent or some reason like that).
This weekend I went on my outdoor rec. trip for first year and we sang tons of songs that I'm not sure would be appropiate for kids or not, like ride the pony (but I really enjoyed the songs none the less). Perhaps I have just been working at a christian camp for too long.
